Bookings & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of check-in.

The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Payments

Payments may be made online via Razorpay or through other accepted payment modes.

Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect property rules.

Any damage to property or assets will be charged to the guest.

The resort reserves the right to deny service or request guests to vacate in case of misconduct or violation of rules.
Property Rules

Smoking, alcohol consumption, and pets are restricted only in designated areas, as per resort policy.

The resort is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
Force Majeure
Shivjanmabhumi Resort shall not be liable for cancellations or service disruptions due to natural calamities, government regulations, or circumstances beyond control.
