Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Refundable Booking Policy

Guests are eligible for free cancellation within 24 hours of making the booking, unless otherwise specified at the time of reservation.
Cancellations made within the free cancellation window will receive a full refund.
If the booking is cancelled after the free cancellation period, applicable cancellation charges may apply.
In case of a no-show, no refund will be provided.

Non-Refundable Booking Policy

Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once confirmed.
The full booking amount is charged at the time of reservation.
No refund will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early check-outs under this rate plan.
This policy generally applies to discounted, promotional, or peak-season bookings.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Refund timelines depend on the payment provider or bank and typically take 5–10 business days.
Any applicable payment gateway charges (e.g., Razorpay) may be deducted as per provider policies.

Modification of Bookings

Date changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and current tariff differences.
Modified bookings may fall under revised cancellation terms.

Force Majeure

Shivjanmabhumi Resort shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds in such cases will be handled at the resort’s discretion.
